Best Practices Florida was created by of Bob Seemer, of ets, Inc. With years of experience and a deep understanding of the needs of professionals from a variety of fields, Bob had his finger on the pulse of professional shortcomings in both the public and private sectors. In an effort to address these issues, Best Practices Florida was created.
